MULTIPLE LARGE THIGH LIPOMAS – SURGERY PHOTOS

Photo 2: All 16 removed lipomas, organized based on the location of the incision through which they were excised. The ruler shown measures 20 cm. Each individual lipoma shrinks by at least one-third of its size after being removed compared to its original size under "fibrous attachment" within the body.
Photo 3: One of the highly lobulated lipomas postoperatively on my hand. It's evident that extracting all these indentations and notches accurately without damaging the surrounding tissue requires a significant amount of effort, surgical skill, and patience. However, in the end, what matters is what's removed and what remains undisturbed, along with the number and aesthetics of the scars.
