FACIAL LIPOMAS – SURGERY PHOTOS
Photos 1 + 2: The incision was made along the course of the glabella forehead folds, down to the surface of the lipoma, which was carefully and unharmedly exposed.
Photos 3 + 4: Step by step and with great care, the massive lipoma is "dilivered." Our patient was fully awake during the procedure - and pain-free. At this juncture, I'd like to emphasize again how I conduct surgeries: Completely bloodless and with optimal anatomical visibility. This approach minimizes the risk of injuring important nerves and facial structures to an absolute minimum, though it does require increased time and naturally influences the cost factor of the surgery accordingly.

Photo 2: Due to the pronounced coarse skin poreness of the patient and the associated increased risk of wound infection "from his own skin glands," I opted for an especially elaborate and extraordinary aesthetic skin closure that, however, turned out to be fully successful. This technique did not require any external sutures for later removal.
